These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including any AI-powered bookmark manager, data fusion tools, content generation services powered by third-party APIs (such as Claude), subscriptions, technical support, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, or by clicking “I Agree” (or similar) when prompted, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features (e.g., subscriptions, personalized dashboards, Claude-powered generation), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Services Description
FusionVeil provides:
- AI-enhanced bookmark management and personalized navigation.
- Data fusion and integration tools.
- Content generation, summaries, SEO optimization suggestions, and other outputs powered by third-party AI models (e.g., Claude API from Anthropic).
- Technical support, consultations, and related services.
Free tier: Limited usage and tokens. Paid tiers: Daily Pro ($7/day, activated on use days) and Monthly Enterprise ($200/month), with higher token limits, priority support, and additional features.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Plans
- Free: Limited Claude API tokens (e.g., 15,000/month), basic features, community support.
- Daily Pro: $7 per day (billed only for activated days; fair-use daily cap applies).
- Monthly Enterprise: $200 per month (or annual equivalent with discount), high/unlimited tokens (fair-use), dedicated support, team features.
4.2 Billing
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Daily Pro: Charges apply per calendar day of activation. You may deactivate anytime; no proration or refund for partial days.
Monthly Enterprise: Recurring monthly/annual charges. Auto-renewal unless canceled.
All fees are in USD (or HKD equivalent); exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds for used days/months except as required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach.
5. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Claude API usage is metered in tokens (input + output). Limits apply per plan:
- Exceeding fair-use may result in throttling, suspension, or requirement to upgrade/add-ons.
- You may not circumvent limits, share credentials, or use the Services for prohibited activities.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes (e.g., spam, malware, harassment).
- Generate infringing, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services.
- Violate third-party rights (including Anthropic/Claude terms).
- Overload systems or interfere with others’ use.
We may terminate access for violations without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, code, designs, and outputs (except your input data) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use outputs for your internal purposes during your subscription.
You retain ownership of your inputs. By providing inputs, you grant us a license to use them to provide/improve the Services (subject to our Privacy Policy).
Third-party AI outputs (e.g., Claude-generated) may be subject to Anthropic’s terms; you must comply with them.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Claude by Anthropic). Your use is subject to their terms (available at anthropic.com/legal). We are not responsible for third-party performance, downtime, or changes.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or biases. Do not rely on them for professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without verification.
No warranty on uptime, error-free operation, or specific results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption), even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for breach, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license ends; you must cease use and delete outputs if required.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
